We seek a motivated Civil Engineering Designer, with strong ACAD Skills and 2-5 years of experience in design, production of construction documents and construction administration related to site development. Engineers with this company have the opportunity to apply a wide variety of skills in their client work, good job stability, excellent income potential, and strong job satisfaction. Ideal candidate will have EIT certification, or be licensed in the State of California, or able to obtain a license, and have a working knowledge of AutoCAD/ Civil 3D. As a designer on our team, you participate in the design and detailing of site grading and utility relocation plans for a wide variety of redevelopment projects. You will perform assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities. You will use your knowledge of computer software including those programs used for graphic plan preparation, engineering calculations, hydrology/hydraulics, spreadsheet preparation, and word processing.

Primary Responsibilities

• Preparation of Construction Documents for Site Development Projects
• Stormwater Management Plans and calculations.
• Coordination with other Professionals in other disciplines on the project team
• Client Interaction
• Coordination with Utility and Public agencies

Job Qualifications

• BSCE
• EIT or California P.E. (or ability to obtain)
• AutoCAD/ Civil 3D Experience
